Order Cancellation
You can request to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in the shipping process, we are unable to cancel the order. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return Policy for further assistance.
We will process your cancellation and issue a full refund if the order has not been processed or shipped.
Please note: If your order is already in the process of shipping, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can return the item once received in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is successful, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. The refund will be processed within 5 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Return and Refund Policy
If your order has already been shipped or delivered and you wish to return the product, please refer to our Return Policy for instructions on how to initiate a return.
Once your returned product is received, a refund will be issued based on the following criteria:
